The latest Lustmord release "Juggernaut" is now available.
A limited edition CD on Hydra Head, featuring King Buzzo (Melvins).
One 40 minute track divided into four sections. A different (and shorter) version of which will appear on the forthcoming Lustmord album.
Available directly at Vaultworks and from Hydra Head
There is an excerpt "Prime Edit" in the playlist on the Lustmord MySpace page.

Their shipment arrived the same time as ours, but it's obviously taking longer for them to (physically) get over to the store, which is in a different part of the country.
They should show up "soon".

I know that I'm being impatient, but what sort of vocals are contained on this album, by Buzz?? I know that he has used a fair few styles, previously!

The good kind obviously.
By Buzz and very minimal.
And yes, you are being impatient.

Haha, exactly what I wanted to hear. Cheers. I must say, it's a good time to be English at the moment, what with how strong the pound is against the US dollar! 10$ is great value, regardless of shipping costs.

woo hoo...!!! my copy just arrived in the mail, listening to it now. sounds pretty cool so far, though the guitar parts will take me some time to get accustomed to... and Buzz's vocals aren't at all obtrusive on "Prime". if that's what they're like on the other tracks then they blend with the music quite well.
anyway, the disc comes with an obi which reads...
"With sound design & production by Lustmord and guitar & vocals by King Buzzo of the Melvins, Juggernaut unleashes four tracks' worth of menacing ambient tremors, boomeranged drones and ominous sonic moonscapes in swell after unsettling swell of creeping electronic deviance. Initially recorded for an art opening by hot-rod entusiast / notorious tit man Chris "Coop" Cooper in August 2004, this version of the Juggernaut collaboration is a limited release and an updated version of the original recording"

To be honest, the guitars are what I'm most looking forward to and how they synch up with everything else.

It arrived yesterday and sounds fantastic! I really like the 'rustic' feel that Buzz's guitars bring to it.
