Motion Sickness Through Time Travel is really great. Same could be said for Stellar Om Source.

As have been mentioned earlier in this thread, Raison D'être has some really excellent material - I find his "Metamorphyses" the best, which contains more drones than his other material, and less of the gregorian chanting which he used a whole lot on the earlier records. His latest "The Stains of the Embodied Sacrifice" can be considered a mix of the drones of "Metamorphyses" and the gregorian chants of his earlier work.
Other than that I have been listening to L.E.A.K.s discography, who also released an album on CMI - L.E.A.K. recorded their albums in the swedish EMS studios, recognized to those who follow the blog of B.

Metamorphyses is also my favorite from Raison D'etre.
I strongly recommend the following albums from Michael J.V. Hensley (from the duo Yen Pox):
Blood Box - The Iron Dream Blood Box - Funeral In An Empty Room
Mindblowing (dark) ambient. Among the very best the genre has to offer.
